*In some cases, particularly for larger-scale projects, the Turn-Key option may involve completing the construction process overseas. Giant Containers has the capability to manage the manufacturing and assembly of the modular building at an overseas facility before shipping it to your location. This option offers efficient and cost-effective solutions for certain projects.

Concept, design and budget

Regardless of whether you have drawings or have a new concept, our adept team at Giant Containers will engage in personalized consultations to evaluate your requirements. Following a thorough comprehension of your needs, we will provide a detailed quote for your consideration.

Quoting, Contract and Deposit

Upon accpeting your quote, our team will provide you with a contract and an initial invoice for your review and approval. Once your first payment is received, we will initiate the process of creating factory shop drawings, which will subsequently be reviewed and endorsed by a local engineer.

Procurement, Fabrication and Inspections

After drawings are signed and the required deposits have been received, production of your modular structure commences within one of our dedicated facilities. Given our unwavering commitment to quality, each module undergoes an inspection process by third-party inspectors before being shipped.

Delivery and Installation

Once your site is prepped and ready and your subsequent final payment has been received, our team initiates the seamless coordination of delivery and installation in any city worldwide. Should you lack access to a crane company or need a referral to a customs broker, rest assured that we can assist you with this process.
