Shipping containers already have a near limitless potential for prefab dwelling, creating space and structures in an unorthodox fashion in unexpected places. So imagine the idea of using shipping containers to house seven artists as they travel the world’s oceans! That’s exactly what Container Artist Residency has decided to do, in collaboration with ZIM integrated Shipping Services, the 10th largest container shipper in the world.
